Manufactured in Denmark from designs by Professor Knud Holscher, dline comprises the largest range of high-grade stainless steel hardware fittings available today.
The d line signature features a corner bend of extremely tight radius without crimping or distortion. Tubing is bent to a radius that equals its diameter, with aluminum or brass inserts for strength, and is manufactured using a specially developed process. This simple detail provides the basis for a refined and elegant system of fittings, first introduced in 1970, which will not date nor age the buildings in which they are installed.
d line is made from Grade 316 Stainless Steel for superior pollution and corrosion resistance in urban, industrial, or coastal and offshore installations. It is ideal for use in hospitals, laboratories, food preparation areas, or areas which require high levels of hygienic and non-allergenic performance.
A note about d line product identification:
When IRONMONGER first introduced d line in 1982, their 11-digit product codes were too long for our computer system so we assigned shorter numbers to fit. Since we have over 100,000 product binders in architectural and design firms nationwide, many customers still continue to reference our system today. Rest assured, the products and technical drawings remain the same in either format.
